The car looked horrible, it was sun faded all over, rims beat up, one head light cracked up and faded, got it for my brothers wedding he couldn’t even park it up front, it looked so bad. Drove fine. If you’re looking to rent it for an event I don’t recommend, a kia would look better.

First, your brother wasn’t listed as an authorized driver listed on the reservation. Additionally during your trip the vehicle was driven as excessively high speeds. Regarding the condition of the headlight it is not cracked the headlight is in working condition. The vehicle was cleaned and disinfected prior to your trip and returned extremely dirty which was significantly different from when the vehicle was provided. I believe it’s important to provide accurate information for future guest.
