Amy is amazing! This was my first time using Turo and Amy made pick up and drop off super convenient, even met me at the airport gate so I wouldn’t have to search for the car. She and Turo made this whole process so easy to understand.
The vehicle is also perfect—very clean, well maintained and in perfect condition. I also want to note that the Mazda gets great gas mileage for longer trips. I’ll definitely be renting from Amy again. Everything about this rental process was top tier. Thanks again, Amy!

I picked up this car at 4pm by 7:15-7:45 the vehicle had 2 to 3 lights to come on saying that I need to pull over bc the car was running hot and needed to be towed I had to wait with the vehicle until 12am for it to be towed then Turo hung up on me and the situation still has YET to be resolved
***THIS WAS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT*** I’m so sorry this happened. It is a new car and is covered under the warranty so this should NOT have happened. I am sorry you waited so long for tow truck. You should not have had to do that and are understandably upset!
