I so want to say this was the best rental ever, but circumstances get in the way of that. We had no issues picking up and had quick responses to questions. We rented to take a trip up the mountains and specifically looked for a 4-wheel drive to do so. This jeep was almost perfect for the leisure ride, but we started having issues about 10 minutes up the mountain. The weather was in the 90s, so it's understandable, but the jeep began overheating. We stopped many times - for 10-15 minutes each time - going up to let the jeep cool down, but it got us to our spot. We thought we were good past that point, but the same issue began occurring going down the mountain! We made it down and were able to get service again on our phones, but the jeep completely gave up. We had to have it towed and missed out on our second day of activities in such a cool car. That issue aside, every bump we hit both on the road and going up the mountain disconnected the Bluetooth, and the music would begin playing randomly and super loud. I'm sure this car would be more suitable for leisure drives on flat roads, but it definitely let us down doing more.
