Besides typical Volkswagen issue which isn’t your fault, the front rotors need to be replaced and needs a transmission flush. Otherwise pretty good!!

Just to clarify for future guests, the front rotors are brand new and the transmission was serviced approximately 1,000 miles ago along with its most recent oil change.
I’m not sure what Volkswagen-specific issue you experienced, but I’ll be checking the vehicle to make sure there aren’t any new concerns that need attention.

Super incredibly responsive and literally SAVED us last minute after being stranded at the airport due to a rental car mix-up. Car was super clean and was a dream.
