Pick-up driving, and return went perfectly. Pickup was at GSP airport. Caught free shuttle to parking lot. Host had directions and pictures for pickup location at airport parking lot. Automatic credit given for parking. The vehicle is in pristine condition. Car drives smoothly and has CarPlay and other great features. It was the perfect rental for my 3 day/2 night trip. Host communicated with me during return window. I was able to hand over the keys right at my airline drop-off. A customer service!
