There was a slight confusion on the pickup for the car but overall the car was clean and a good experience.

The confusion was not my fault, the car was at the location it was suppose to be in, guest assumed the car would be at the airport bc the app showed cars in the area of airport but pick address is where the car was located, guest was confused off their own comprehension.
