The host was fantastic! Whenever I had a question, they were always there to answer, and I never had to wait more than a minute, no matter the time. The car was amazing on fuel, and the way it drove was phenomenal—I felt like I wasn’t even driving. Overall, this host deserves 100/10 for their quick responses and service.

The car’s exterior and interior was nice, but the brakes were scrubbing badly the entire trip. We drove from North Carolina to Atlanta with unsafe brakes. I reported it and was told it would be checked, but I only received a $20 refund. After I told him $20 wasn’t acceptable, he never responded. Very dissatisfied with how this was handled. Do not recommend.
