Good overall but I did have an issue or two.
The car was a smooth ride and easy to pick and drop off. Clean vehicle. I am extreme grateful for the flexibility with the last minute booking and my time of pick-up.
First note: If you get this car make sure to hold down the push start button until you hear the car completely start because it doesn't start immediately like vehicles I'm used to with keyless start.
I would rent again from them because the price was decent. I'd suggest getting the unlimited miles packages because I was sent an invoice for mileage after a few days after the trip which exceeded the mileage package rate. I chose the car because of the rate being within my last minute budget. So that was a little disappointing but can handle.
If you are not a cigarette smoker and have sensitivity to smell I would ask the in advance about any previous smoking drivers occupancy. If people are used to cigarette smoke it probably won't bother you but I do not smoke.
Furthermore, I had to make a quick decision due to late travel for my trip so I did not have time to exchange for a new car. The car smelled like cigarettes even after riding with the windows down my entire one-day trip. Gratefully weather was nice otherwise it would've been an entirely rough trip.

As always cars hosted by Nina does not disappoint! Nina is an awesome host. I’m a VW lover and this Tiguan even though older drove like it was new. Great gas mileage, clean inside and out, drove well. No issues. I zipped around the triad with no issue.
