The host did communicate well throughout the trip however, the driver rear tire wasn’t in good shape. I was supposed to go out of town but 2hrs after I picked the car up the tire went flat. It was nighttime when I picked it up so I didn’t notice. The next day when I had to change the tire myself I noticed wires sticking out of the tire. I spent all day fixing the issue, I had to pay for a tire, I lost my money from the hotel that I was supposed to stay at, and I had to cancel my important appointment that I had scheduled out of town. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I could’ve been seriously hurt.
