So when I got the car to me it looked good so I took pictures and started my trip. Riding was cool but at my nephews party I know the bumper was hanging so I was freaking out like this isn’t my car until someone says look at the photos from when you picked it up and I zoomed into see the bumper was never secure. It ruined the party for me because I thought it was something I did whole time it wasn’t on and they didn’t tell me in advance I still would have gotten the car.

Car quality was horrible! I one rented and paid for the vehicle I seen posted after I paid and the day before my trip the host changed my booking to another vehicle stating it was full of pet hair. I get to the vehicle for pick up and this vehicle appears to have been in an accident. The whole right side of the front end was messed up. The lights was coming on in the vehicle saying obstruction to front end and that the windshield wiper fluid was low. To spend that much money and not to be able to get what you’re paying for let’s along they don’t tell you the conditions of the vehicle is insane. The keys as well was crazy I had to different keys in the box. The one that worked for the vehicle was crazy because the unlock button locks the car and the lock button unlock the vehicle but the key didn’t work to unlock at all once I close the doors. I’m not sure if I’ll rent again because I’ve rented twice from this company and every time they changed my vehicle I paid for at the last minute. They promote what they have until you pay and then switch out what you paid for.
