We loved our Turo rental. The car was a very nice ride, fit our family comfortably and ran great. We had no problems. Great host too, very responsive.

The car was delivered on time ; the hosts were very kind and promp w responses to the issues i brought up to them. The vehicle was clean upon arrival and smelled good!
Unfortunately, there were some issues w the vehicle during the booked trip time frame that made it unsafe for my kids and I to continue traveling in it , which forced us to cancel all our plans for the final day of our booking.
The car wobbled going above 60 mph and the AC was subpar whilst driving and didnt work at all while in park - tho i will say it was nearing or above 100° during our booked trip (which is why I rented it in the first place) so i understand it not being frigid cold , but this was barely cooling the front row And blowing warm air in the 2nd/3rd row... it could've been bc of how hot it was , but the faulty AC/wobbling did cause us to cancel the rest of our plans..my 17 month old got heat stroke on the 40 min drive back home from the hospital - for these reasons, I could only give 3 stars.
However , the hosts were extremely kind and responsive, and very apologetic for the issues we experienced. If I had known a replacement vehicle was an option, I wouldve gone that route , but the trip is over now..
