The car stalled with acceleration. It wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival. There was an issue with license verification and he wanted to cancel it while looking at me and my license. Definitely won’t be booking again because it was an app issue not a user issue and he made it more difficult than it had to be. Thank you for the car tho! I would advise you to learn the app you are using to prevent such issues in the future.
Turo didn’t approve your ID Card. You need to update your id card so it looks like you so as to avoid future issues with Host. I was patient and understanding enough and risk my car just to satisfy you.
