Car was overall good brakes need to be bleed

The guests concerns about the brakes seem to be exaggerated. The brakes were just recently replaced. The guest repeatedly stated the car was unsafe and he wanted a refund, but continued driving the vehicle and even extended the trip. If the vehicle was truly unsafe to drive, it would be reasonable to assume he would have not driven it and would have accepted our offer to to swap to another car we have (no added cost). Post trip, it has been inspected with no issues or safety deficiencies found

I had a great experience renting from Velora Rentals. The Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 was clean, reliable, and provided a very smooth ride throughout my trip. The host was extremely responsive to all of my messages and made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. Everything was exactly as described, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service.
