The car was good and great for one month rental.

Guest got 2 flat tires from a big nail puncture that made them unrepairable. He had to tow the car to get it fixed and grew frustrated due to how the repair affected his time. Flat tires are a guest’s responsibility during the trip, especially given they were like new Michelin Pilot Sport tires. We are disappointed that the guest would choose to rate us this way despite an overall positive trip. He had the car for a month with no issues, other than his own damage to the tires.
The car is so smooth. The host is always proessi9nal and responds quickly to any questions.

Car was overall good brakes need to be bleed

The guests concerns about the brakes seem to be exaggerated. The brakes were just recently replaced. The guest repeatedly stated the car was unsafe and he wanted a refund, but continued driving the vehicle and even extended the trip. If the vehicle was truly unsafe to drive, it would be reasonable to assume he would have not driven it and would have accepted our offer to to swap to another car we have (no added cost). Post trip, it has been inspected with no issues or safety deficiencies found
