Super easy, dropped off and picked up! Free charging and great communication. What more could you ask for?

The car was great and the host was easy to communicate with. We rented the car for a long road trip. I wouldn't recommend using it for such a trip as given the model it takes about 55 minutes per stop for a full charge, which was approximately about 220 miles. We ended up stopping quite a bit. The car though was comfy, fast, and in great condition. I would definitely rent it again if I needed a vehicle for local travel.
