Car was clean wonderful smell drove excellent air conditioning works perfect smooth ride there and back passenger window didn’t let down but other than that it was great definitely will book again

Host was great! Checked to make sure everything was going smoothly with my trip. Very sweet. Would rent from them again if needed.

The car quality wasn’t that good. The check engine light was also on. The car reeked of marijuana smell. The Bluetooth system doesn’t work so you can’t connect to your phone because the touch screen doesn’t work either. This wasn’t noted about the car in the description so I felt somewhat scammed. The owners friend showed up 10 minutes late and was literally trying to clean the car while I stood in the cold. I’ll never go through them again.

We were not aware the Bluetooth had stopped working and our mechanic has fixed it! Prior to your pickup, we let you know that we had to do some extra work because of the prior renter for 10 minutes. You were also waiting in a heated vehicle when we saw you. If these were going to be an issue continuing your trip, we would’ve been happy to find a resolution.
