The ride experience was great but the customer service was not good at all the driver had another family member dropped off the car to me late and picked vehicle up 45 minutes late to pickup vehicle and tried to charge me for gas but it was completely full Turo customer service was contact and they still wanted me to pay.

the car was fine and helped in a pinch with ours in the shop for repair. Did not like the inside air freshener to mask the old smells so we kept the windows down most of the time. communication was pretty good
