The car has a nice appearance and rides really well. However, there are a lot of small bugs inside the vehicle that got all over both my passenger and me during the ride. I believe they may be coming from the carpets or flooring. I wanted to bring this to your attention because it’s definitely something that needs to be addressed.

We spent hours trying to track down and remnants of fleas in any other vehicle and found nothing. We also drive every car every day with multiple people on the cleaning crew and no one has had any issues. The only logical explanation is that you brought the fleas into the vehicle and now we are forced to clean it up. For future guests, please know that we take VERY good care of our cars and we always sanitize and disinfect before every trip. You won’t find bugs unless you bring them

This was a solid rental. A few notes;
The windshield wiper fluid was empty, I filled it. It was much needed driving through Michigan in the summer. 😅
The brakes are about due. Started hearing the rears toward the end of the trip and the rotors up front felt a little warped from the start.
Front passenger side tire appears to have a small leak. The tire pressure light went on shortly after picking the car up. I filled it to factory specification (32 psi), the light turned off and stayed off for the rest of the trip. Good for now, but I would definitely recommend looking into it before the next rental.
Outside that, this was clean, affordable and had plenty of space for us and our gear. Thank you for a good experience, and a waaay better price than the bigger rental companies.
I would definitely rent it again. 🙏
