Car was clean. Host didn’t want to temporarily add me to the Tesla app so had to use the card all week

The host was friendly and responsive and did attempt to address concerns during the trip. However, the vehicle had a lingering odor, and the Tesla charging experience was much more difficult than expected. The car seemed to lose charge while parked, and I found charging to be time consuming and inconvenient, which limited my use of the vehicle during the trip. Future renters who are not familiar with EVs may want to plan accordingly.

Blanca, I appreciate your honest feedback, and I’m sorry the odor and charging were an inconvenience. I’ve since had the car professionally ozone treated to eliminate the odor. It sounds like cabin overheat protection affected the charging. I’ll be clearer for future guests. Also, I didn’t charge you for any trip charging costs. Thank you again for your review!
