I wasn't sure how I would feel renting from an individual instead of an agency, but it was really ok. Honestly, it made me want to be more careful with the car. Would do it again if the opportunity presents itself.

The car itself was great, the rest of the experience was lacking. The Turo app kept asking me to extend, without letting me know I had a 30 minute grace period, so I extended for 5 hours $110! I actually returned the car within 5 minutes of the original time, but I was told by the owner that I had access to the car for the extended end time, but I did not, the app ended my access to the car an hour and a half from the $110 extended time!

I’m glad you enjoyed a car, and I’m sorry the extension was frustrating. You extended the trip several days before trip ended, so the reservation remained active until 3 pm. When I saw your message after 10:00 am saying you had already parked and returned the car, I understood that you were finished with the trip and removed the digital key but I left car unlocked and physical card was inside the car. I appreciate you returned in good condition
