Great host! He was very good with communication, understanding, and making sure everything went smoothly. He was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness throughout the whole experience. I would definitely rent from him again!

Rocky trip due to faulty wheels/rims leading tires to get soft. Had to have roadside assistance come out twice to change/inflate 2 tires that went soft. Jonathan, the host was great and made appointment close to where we were staying to put new tires on and when the Tire place found the issue with the wheels , he bought 4 new wheels as well. He did his best to accommodate given the circumstances. Due to circumstances beyond his knowledge or control our experience was only 4-star but now that issue has been fixed any subsequent customers are sure to have a 5-star experience!
