Car was great. The host changed the location to a residential neighborhood in Dallas after the booking was made, which was not the original expectation. As this was my 1st time in Dallas this created a significant inconvenience. I had to spend approximately $40 on an Uber to reach the drop-off location, and another $40 to return to the airport afterward with all my luggage
I attempted to explain to the host that this change did not make logistical sense—especially when traveling with luggage—since it required unnecessary back-and-forth transportation. Unfortunately, the situation was not addressed or resolved.
Overall, the car was great, but the lack of transparency and flexibility from the host made the experience frustrating. I would recommend confirming the exact pickup and drop-off location in advance before booking.
Hi Jarrett, thanks for your feedback. The pickup location was never changed, and host are not allowed to make changes. It was always our residential address, and you picked up the car there (we have photo confirmation). You didn’t mention any issue at the start, only later claimed it was from the airport, which isn’t accurate. We’re glad you liked the car, but our listing and communication were clear throughout.

This is my 2nd time renting this vehicle because I absolutely love it and will be renting it again and again until I decide on my purchasing. If you’re in the market for one I would highly suggest renting first. You’ll fall in love!!!
