If I could give 0 stars I would, I do NOT recommend getting any vehicle from this host.
1. Doesn’t communicate.
2. Unreachable when an urgent situation is happening.
3. The pick up spot where the car is located terrible people horrible customer service
4. No urgency.
5. Doesn’t keep up maintenance in the car.

I rented this car on Friday, May 15, 2026, for a three-day trip. Originally, I was supposed to have it from May 15th to 17th. As I drove the vehicle the entire day, I noticed something unusual when the car was turned off and the keys were removed from the ignition. It still sounded like the engine was running, and you could still hear the fans gone. There was also a slight jerking sensation when I took off. I didn’t think much of it at the time because I assumed they wouldn’t give me a car that wasn’t functioning properly. However, I did keep a note of this issue to contact the host later.

The next morning, I went out to the car and discovered that it wouldn’t start. I immediately contacted the host, who assured me that someone would come out to fix the issue. At 10:30 am.

However, time had passed, and I contacted the host again. This time, the host mentioned that they had lost contact with the person who was supposed to come out to charge the battery. They were now expecting another person to arrive in about 15 minutes.

As i waited in those 15 minutes, no one showed up. I tried contacting the host again, but they were no longer answering. It was around 12 pm when i finally managed to get in touch with someone. I reached out to the location where we had picked up the car.

While speaking to the person, I explained the potential danger posed by the car not starting and the risk of being stranded, especially if I had been out of state. However, the person showed no concern for my safety and instead suggested that they would tow the car back to their location to try and fix it.
