Great condition, easy pickup and friendly service. Highly recommend!

The car was fine but it is advertised as All Wheel Drive and it is not so we were disappointed as that’s why we wanted a jeep.

Our Jeep Wrangler is 4WD and can be engaged as needed. It's unfortunate that you could not figure that out. Additionally, we know that you were disappointed in Turo's no "off-roading" policy. It's disappointing that you rated us based on something you couldn't figure out and a policy you were not happy with. Regardless of your rating and review, we will continue to provide excellent service and vehicles for our future guests.
"Fast, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish

So glad you had a great experience with us, Katy. It was a pleasure hosting you and we would be happy to host you again in the future.
Keep was great! It got great fuel mileage that I didn’t expect from a 4x4 vehicle. Hosts were great!

Thank you, Wayd! We're so glad you enjoyed our Jeep and had a great experience with us. It was a pleasure hosting you and we look forward to next time.
Car was great! Drove very nicely and it was a ton of fun taking the top off and driving through both Arches National park and Canyonlands National park.
Hosts were great with communication and pickup and drop off were very simple and easy. Would highly recommend and definitely rent from again in the future.
