This was our first Turo experience. The host was very responsive to issues. We had an issue with a check engine light and the car would barely move, the problem resolved and the host followed up multiple times to ensure our comfort and safety. Secondly, the jeep developed the “death wobbles” on several occasions while driving down the mountain highway. This was a terrifying experience for those in the vehicle. I notified the host and she was very responsible and apologetic. We had difficulties with the jeep, but our host had excellent communication throughout and ensured at any time, she would meet to pick up the vehicle. We chose to continue our reservation and drive carefully and appreciate all the effort our host gave in making us feel comfortable in knowing she would help resolve anything at any time.

Everything was great! Jeep was clean and drop off and pick up were easy. Only tiny recommendation would be that we needed a cell phone holder for gps. Great trip!
