Low pressure in spare tire is uncool. Should check this before renting it out.
Brandon, you caused a flat tire and we had to replace it with a new tire. The spare got you from point A to point B without any additional issues. Unfortunately, you didn't communicate with us before or after your incident at all. We would have been happy to assist you further. We were much more gracious in our review of you. All the best!
