Be sure to ensure that your rental is exactly the way you need it because once it gets to be the pickup time even if you haven't picked up the vehicle you can't modify the rental
Nicholas, I'm sorry you were unable to add the Extra 'Unlimited Miles' before your pickup. I messaged you an hour after booking to confirm the mile limit was ok, you agreed. You selected p/u for 10am and arrived almost 1/2 hr late, then messaged me asking to either only pay for 1 day of UL miles (even though it was a 2 day trip), falsify the starting mileage, then lastly asked to leave some cash inside for going over miles. I told you no to all, then you proceeded to get upset.

Clean car and easy communication—one minor AC issue
The experience with the host was top-notch. The communication was smooth and professional, and the car was delivered perfectly clean. Pickup and drop-off were a total breeze.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the air conditioning had some trouble. It was 90°F outside, and unfortunately, the AC wasn't blowing cold, so the cabin stayed pretty hot during the drive.
Everything else about the rental was great, so if the AC gets a quick tune-up, this would be a perfect 5-star ride!
I apologize the a/c was not functioning properly on the 2nd to last day of your trip. Thank you for bringing it to my attention right away. It's typically not this warm at the end of March!
The Jeep was immediately brought into service after your trip and is resolved.
