My experience renting from Paul and Mary was convenient, straightforward, and clean. The hosts are quick to respond and the Buick Encore is a very smooth ride with good gas mileage and a nice sound system!

We apologize for Turo's recent change to the pick up instructions at the MTJ. Unfortunately, we cannot control how Turo is choosing to send misleading directions. The directions we provide, as a host, lead directly to our vehicle. Nonetheless, we were happy to assist you over the phone. We can certainly understand needing more power as our Buick Encore is an economic commuter vehicle. Thank you for the feedback on a smell. Upon return, we did not experience a smell nor have previous guests.
