It was my first time using Turo and I was a tad nervous. But Ruben made everything smooth. He met me at Bishop instead of packing it at his usual spot and was available all four days in case I had any questions. He responded immediately. Great host and great car. Ruben and his Y are my go to whenever I come to Michigan for sure.

I rented this car for a road trip for me, my son and 14-year-old grandson. It was my grandson‘s idea to rent a Tesla. Through Turo, I found Reuben.
Reuben was personable and professional. He went above and beyond just renting me a car. He educated me on what he thought I should know as well as anything else I asked him about. He was easily reachable whenever I had a question or concern. He helped me navigate my trip by showing me how and where to access charging stations. He was there when I arrived to pick up the car and took the time that I needed so that I could leave feeling safe and informed about the vehicle. The car looked as if it had been recently detailed. It was incredibly clean, surprising for a 3-year-old car. He expressed a great desire to have me be thoroughly satisfied and he took the time to do just that. If the occasion arose that I were to rent this vehicle again, I would not hesitate to come back to him.
I honestly cannot think of anything to suggest to him for improvement.

This car was properly cleaned. The car is cleaned before each trip. The car is not new. I do apologize that the car did not live up to your standards. We will continue try and provide the best experiences under the turo standards and public standards. Unfortunately if a guest smokes in the vehicle prior to your trip it will be cleaned but turo cannot enforce smoke smell violations in most cases.
