This was such a great vehicle and perfect for what I needed. George and Lily were very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with. They provided clear instructions that were easy to follow and allowed me to easily pair my phone and operate all the features on the car. I would rent from them again.

Had a great experience renting the Subaru Crosstrek from Lily and George.
The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. It was perfect for our trip around the Seattle area and handled everything we needed with no issues. Lily and George were friendly, responsive, and made the entire pickup and drop-off process really easy. Would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend!

Car was fabulous. Pick up was not at SeaTac and was not in description details so it came as a surprise. Had to pay to take a train to Tukwila train station. Drop off was another major issue. There were zero parking spots at train station after driving around 15 minutes and this should have been anticipated. We ended up driving to airport and parking there. Host were very accommodating but this was very stressful when you do not know where you are and trying to get to the airport on time. If the details on your site read delivery at SeaTac airport that is what the customer will expect. In the future I will make absolutely sure that when delivery reads at arrival airport that the car will actually be at airport. Needs to be changed on your site. Thank you.
