Overall, this Escalade is absolutely beautiful, incredibly smooth, and honestly one of the nicest “mom cars” I’ve ever driven. I loved it enough that I would seriously consider purchasing one myself.
The reason for the 4-star rating is mainly the brakes. They are extremely worn and need to be replaced on all four wheels ASAP. When traveling around 65–75 mph, the stopping distance felt unsafe. If I had needed to stop suddenly for another vehicle, pedestrian, or animal, I genuinely don’t feel confident the vehicle would have stopped in time. This is definitely something that should be addressed before the next rental.
The other issue was CarPlay/phone connectivity. If two or more devices are connected, the screen repeatedly asks, “Do you want to connect the device to CarPlay?” — and when I say repeatedly, I mean CONSTANTLY. 😂 It easily popped up 100 times. We found that keeping only one phone plugged in avoided the issue, so I’d recommend anyone traveling with multiple people bring portable chargers.
Other than those two issues, I really enjoyed the vehicle. It’s gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and drives beautifully. Definitely the ultimate luxury mom car! I would absolutely drive one again once the brake issue is taken care of.

Great truck thank you for the delivery and the one day rental. My wife blew 2 tires on her Escalade and it really helped with the kids with which short notice

Response is great, car was as advertised ran smooth nice drive only issue has intermittent electrical issues that would cut out CarPlay. Other than that, we definitely rent again.
