The cars quality was wonderful and worked perfectly for what my family and I needed
Had two issues, first one was I paid 20 dollars to have an unlimited ez pass supplied for my trip which was never supplied. I messaged the host first thing in the morning before I left for my trip with no response
I received a response an hour or two into my trip that no ez pass is supplied I will be billed later.
After multiple messages asking for an explanation of why I am being charged for something I was not supplied and days later I received a response of I have 20 other cars on the road and I'm not going to spend my time with "silly" questions over 20 dollars!
I was not very happy to hear that I was asking "silly" questions.
I also had a request for the host to drop the car off at my hotel location if that was possible, he responded yes he can do that and he did, I used the car and he picked up from the same location which was perfect.
Until I received my final bill
So not only did I pay 20 dollars for an unlimited ez pass that I was never supplied I was also charged a 30 dollar fee for dropping off the car and another 30 dollar fee for picking up the car, which was never mentioned.
I was told I need to take these issues up with Turo
I've used Turi before and have never had an issue, I'm so upset I'm not spending my time to try to get the money back, and it is unfortunate because the car was perfect but I just want to let future customers know to be very careful what extras you ask for and be very clear about what you will be charged for them

This whole process was amazingly easy. The vehicle was gorgeous! Six people and all of our luggage fit with a lot of extra room! Car was comfortable and drove very easy. We will 💯 rent from this person again!
