Car was fine but you should know that it is yoke steering wheel.

We are very surprised by this review. This was Randy’s first Turo trip. I’m not sure he understands the Turo community and the Impact that a three star rating can have on a host. The vehicle was delivered clean, on time, and in excellent condition. The yoke is the standard factory steering wheel for the 2022 Model X. No concerns were reported during the trip, so we had no opportunity to address them.
Great communication from Ula, super easy pick up and all around a great person to Turo from!! Highly recommend!
