Our host communicated early and responded quickly, and the Jaguar E-PACE was clean.
The car had some issues, including a rattle in the dashboard while driving and the alarm would sound sometimes multiple times after we parked and locked the car and walked away.
We picked up the car from long-term parking at Santa Barbara Airport, which is convenient from the terminal, and the car was parked in a spot different than what was listed on the instructions. It was parked without any street lights nearby, so pickup at 11pm was more difficult than necessary. The key was supposed to be in a lockbox but was left on the front tire, so drop-off didn't feel as secure as a lockbox would have.
The gas tank was not completely full when we picked it up, which was fine for us since we didn't have far to go, so we filled it to the same level when returning.
We were excited to try a Jaguar, but I think we'll look for something more reliable on our next trip.
