Eduardo was very communicative and gave clear instructions, but the car was infested with ants, to which we got bitten by ants multiple times.

The car had ants in the backseat when we picked it up. The host cleaned the car but the ants remained. When asked about a discount for the inconvenience of lots of ants in the car none was offered nor was a different car offered. Very disappointing. No response after 24 hours of asking for a resolution.
