Perfect car for Santa Barbara. Easy pick-up, easy drop-off. Great communication from the host. Clean car, easy to drive, easy to park. Thanks for a great trip!

The car and service was great! Unfortunately the short term and long term parking lots were full and I had to take a small 15 passenger van shuttle about 5 mins out to Economy Parking which wasn’t very convenient but it all worked out.

Fix the hydraulic arms on the trunk lid. Bashed my head multiple times since it doesn’t open all the way. Also, having to pick up in economy was very weak.

Sorry but the trunks height is adjustable, they’re in perfect working condition! As for parking it depends on parking unfortunately in rare cases parking gets full!
