Scott was great and the car pick up/drop off was great, but the AC didn’t work in the vehicle. Which, for us, was a big inconvenience since we were traveling with two littles. He did offer to have us come back to fix it, but we were almost two hours away from the airport we picked up the vehicle from and it was not feasible for us to come back. This made driving during our vacation uncomfortable with the two young children.

Emma, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience, especially while traveling with two young children. The AC was working properly when I drove the vehicle just days before your rental, so I’m unsure what caused the issue. I did offer to address it during your trip, but I understand returning wasn’t practical. The AC is now working properly. I appreciate your kind words about the pickup and drop-off experience and sincerely apologize that this affected your vacation. Thank you again!
Awesome host. I would definitely rent from Scott again.

Scott was wonderful to deal with. He made it very clear where to pick the car up, where to return it, and even when as far as to stock it with waters and snacks to make sure we had everything we needed after a long flight. The car was clean and ran flawlessly. Thank you so much for being such a great host, Scott..
