BEWARE! Very Disappointing Experience
This vehicle looks like it has been rented out way too many times without proper maintenance or care. It seems to be constantly booked because of its cheap rental rate, but the condition of the vehicle does not match the pictures posted. Those pictures must have been taken when the owner first purchased the car because it looks nothing like what I expected.
The wrap has scratches and small tears all over, is noticeably faded from sun exposure, and looks dirty and worn out. It appears they do a quick wash at their house before handing it over, but even that is done poorly. There were water streaks all over the windows, and the wheels were not even cleaned. The vehicle looked so tacky that I had to stop at Walmart and buy cleaning supplies just to wipe it down myself.
Even worse, the two front side windows don't match. The driver-side window has tint, while the passenger-side window is missing it entirely. This was my SECOND time renting this vehicle, and I would have expected something so obvious to have been fixed by now. Unfortunately, it seems the owner doesn't care enough to address even the most noticeable issues.
On top of all that, the aftermarket exhaust rattles while driving, almost as if it's rubbing against something. The noise is noticeable even from inside the vehicle, which makes the driving experience even more frustrating.
I've been renting high-end vehicles for a while, and this has honestly been one of the worst rental experiences I've had. A cheap rental rate doesn't excuse poor presentation, neglected details, or a vehicle that doesn't live up to its advertised appearance. The owner needs to put more effort into maintaining and properly preparing this vehicle before renting it out.
Save yourself the disappointment and make sure you look closely at the vehicle's actual condition before booking.

I have never dealt with a renter like you before. If you expect a 2019 vehicle to be in the same condition as a brand-new car, then I have nothing more to say.
This vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and carefully inspected before every rental.
As for the exhaust, it is clear that you hit something, which caused the damage. I have photos taken both before and after your trip to prove it I have solid evidence proving that the exhaust damage occurred during your rental period.
