The pickup process was very convenient and easy, and I appreciate the concept of what the hosts are building. Hosting and maintaining a fleet of vehicles is no small task, and I understand that occasional oversights can happen. Unfortunately, after pickup, I noticed a tire condition concern that made me uncomfortable proceeding with my trip, so I chose to return the vehicle. While I was unable to connect with the hosts regarding the issue, I do not believe it was intentional and appreciate the effort that goes into managing multiple vehicles. I wish them continued success and hope the matter is addressed for future renters.
