The car was in good shape and drives well. Was spacious enough for my group of 4 and didn’t have any issues. Also the pick up and drop off was very easy and smooth.

Car has 127,000 miles, drives quite rough, was dirty when we picked it up, alignment is off, has been modified in some way on the steering column (car went into neutral several times while driving due to accidentally hitting something on the steering wheel where the car had been modified). Wasn’t a great experience.

I apologize for the less than favorable experience. Upon inspection of the vehicle the steering issue was due to a bubble in the front right tire. Was not an alignment problem. This is caused by physical trauma from things like pot holes. The issue with going into neutral was caused by engaging the manual shift mode by pressing the paddle shifters. These come factory installed and are not modifications. They can also be easily enabled/disabled from the vehicle settings menu in the dash screen.
Cleanest car we have ever gotten through TURO. Great experience, easy pick up and delivery.
