Best experience ever with Turo! The host was exceptional! Pick and drop off was so smooth and accommodating! The car was perfect. Can’t say enough great things!

Car pickup/drop off in person with the host a little hectic at the airport, especially with a baby. Would prefer remote pickup. Car had some scratches that host mentioned to take photos of at drop off. Not sure if that was for reference or they thought those didn’t exist before, but we have photos and video of car with scratches at pickup. Little snag with communication on charging policy, but host resolved which we appreciated. Overall car was great, minor issues.

Most of our guests appreciate the pick up and drop off at the terminal to avoid a long walk and looking for a car in the garage, especially with the baby.
When it comes to the “charging policy” we thought the explanation was clear in the “car rules”- we will review it and make necessary changes.
