The car was fine, mostly clean and ran well. But 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick the car up, the host canceled the trip. I was informed that the previous renter hadn’t returned the vehicle yet. After spending over an hour on the phone with customer service, the host messaged me back and said the car was now available if I still wanted it. Seeing as it was past the time of when I was supposed to originally get the car, there were no other cars available to rent. So I told the host I would take the car anyway. I was charged more than my original booking, was told by customer service that they couldn’t do anything about it, and then upon asking the host, he said he would try to call and then never said anything else. No apologies were given for the inconvenience or troubles I had to go through for the whole process.

This was a last-minute visit a trip and I love that this vehicle was readily available and is very nice and well kept. It did have a little bit of a marijuana smell. It might not have been noticeable for other people, but it’s not noticeable for me, but other than that, it was great no complaints will definitely rebook again.!
