I have high expectations as a Turo power host myself however you still failed in every area; MINIMAL communication before the trip, last minute license ID verification (I had to ask you to verify my license 18+ hours after submission) and checkin of the vehicle on your side providing me with the exact location AFTER I landed making me wonder if the vehicle I reserved would even be there all day while traveling, standing at the car like an idiot for over 10 minutes waiting for you to unlock it (after Turo messages and texts were unanswered I had to call you to access the vehicle), you lied about the parking cost exiting the airport, vehicle was not even clean, etc. Guests who try Turo and get a host like you will never try Turo again. Improve GREATLY or sell your cars.
