Car came with a flat tire. It was pitch black when we picked up the car, and didn’t notice the flat until we pulled over 15 minutes later. After double checking the photos from check-in, we confirmed with a Turo representative that the flat was present before pickup. Disappointed because we had to cancel our trip.
