The road trip was smooth from Maryland to Florida, but the vehicle broke down as soon as we entered Florida, in a place we were not supposed to be staying. The owner did answer our phone calls and worked with us during the situation, which I appreciated. However, he said the vehicle had already been fixed, but we later found out the battery was the wrong one for the car, and there were also fuel-related issues.
Because of this, we lost about three days of our vacation, our plans were disrupted, and we had extra expenses. I feel this situation could have been prevented if the vehicle had been properly inspected and checked before it was rented out. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this vehicle.

Caroline wanted to give me a 5 stars if I gave her more money, allowed her to keep the car for extra days. She claimed that she lost three days of her trip. That is not true. The car broke down in the evening of one day and was fixed next day by 4:00 pm. How could she have lost three days and gone over the allotted mileage?
Host was friendly and vehicle was easy to find. Only issue I had was that it was not clean when we picked it up.
