I appreciated this car! I could easily operate the radio and AC!
The new Cars have too many options that are difficult to operate

The host was so incredibly nice and prompt in responding. I’d give him 5/5 stars. The car was so clean and comfortable. I’d also give that 5/5 stars. However, when I selected my location at the airport I had to drop off and pick up the car at a neighborhood nearby and spend an additional $45 to pick up. That was not made clear when selecting this vehicle. Also, the car itself really struggles to maintain a consistent speed, so it made driving a real headache as I spent every second babying the transmission. I did not feel safe when accelerating/decelerating in Phoenix traffic nor in the mountains passing through to my destination. Truly the host is so kind and I have nothing but good things to say about him, but this was not a great purchase with all the extra gas I had to spend and Lyft fees. I wish I had done more research before reserving.
