We had a wonderful trip in the Buick Enclave! The car was exactly where it was supposed to be, and both pickup and drop-off were very easy and convenient. The vehicle was clean and in great condition, and the AC worked perfectly, especially important with the Arizona heat!
We even drove up and down some hills even through some light rain, and it performed great. Decided to keep it a few hours longer and had easy communication with the host. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would be happy to rent from them again. Thank you!

Turo, cancelled our car at the last minute and tried to gives us a skateboard for a car. I had to help them find me one beacuse they were having trouble. I then asked what the up charge was and they said nothing. I called them back just to verify and the next person told me 15.00. Several days into the rental they had charged by credit card over 150.00 additional. When I called them they told me they were sorry their representative told me wrong but nothing they could do. Obviously they don't take any responsibility for their errors and place them on you. I won't rent again from them.
