The car was amazing, absolutely no complaints whatsoever, I loved it! Rob, however, was the most rude and aggressive person I’ve ever dealt with! On June 4, my birthday, he spent the entire day harassing me, demanding I bring his car back 21 days early. My trip was for one month, May 27 through June 27, but he repeatedly called me, messaged me, and also gave my number to a lady he “sold” his car to, WHILE I WAS RENTING IT!! I in no way consented to his harassment, and especially not him giving my number to some lady I don’t even know, for her to harass me endlessly. He said he would report the car stolen if I didn’t end the trip for him early and bring it back THAT DAY. I told him to go ahead, because I have a contract stating that the car was in my possession until today, and then he would get in trouble for filing a false police report. Trust me, you do not want to rent from this guy, he should be removed from Turo. When I spoke with Turo support on my birthday while dealing with his harassment, they told me the vehicle was mine until the 27th, unless I chose to end it early myself, which wasn’t going to happen. Absolutely terrible, I’d give zero ⭐️ if that was an option!

She’s right I was very rude since Turo discounted the trip 45 percent and I didn’t realize till she took the car.
I was pissed and took it out on her which I feel awful about. I’m only human and she would understand more if it was her renting her car out and making no money. I’m in the negative for profit on the monthly trip.
Oh well And also her drivers license was expired which put me in another bad situation and pissed me off but she got that fixed.
