Juliana was terrific. I suspect that I am a Turo host's worst nightmare. I'm 80 and have never driven an electric car. I had trouble with the Turo website and trouble setting up a SWTCH account. The station close to my home turned out to be mostly slow chargers and tof the four fast chargers, two were malfunctioning. I did a terrible job parking the car at her home. She was patient and helpful in every situation. A+ for customer satisfaction. The car runs great. Not sure I could live with the complications of electric power.

Charging stations can absolutely be challenging — even for me after years of experience with EVs. it can definitely take patience and practice to get comfortable with it all. I’m happy you allowed yourself to try something new and different! Electric cars like the Mach-E are incredibly fast, beautifully designed, smooth to drive, and have many positive features.
