Good! Great pick up/drop off location. Smooth and very friendly service. I feel as though the car could have a bit more updated features but it rode great for our weekend family trip. Had one issue with trunk but the host were very responsive with noting the matter and helpful.

Ma'am this is a 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE and has all the features required of an XLE. The trunk is sensor sensitive and you must have had something blocking the trunk from closing automatically. Since you did not have any issues whatsoever with the car or our service why would you give us a 4 star?.

Steering wheel not functioning properly. When you turn, it clicks and jitters back the other direction. No mention of this defect in vehicle description.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m honestly surprised to hear about the steering issue, this car has been on about six trips recently, and no one has reported any concerns or experienced similar problems. The steering has always functioned normally during inspections and post-trip checks.
That said, I take every comment seriously, and I’ll have it looked over right away just to be sure everything’s in perfect order. I really appreciate you bringing it up and hope the rest of trip was fine
