The vehicle has a horrible smell to where I had to open the windows for the majority of my trip and spray air freshener. Also, I arrived alittle early(15 mins) and the host made me wait until 5 minutes before reservation time to give me the lockbox code.

Thank you for your feedback however, I’m not sure what smell you are referring to. When we picked the vehicle up today we did not smell anything out of the ordinary. The cleaning crew definitely wanted to fix the problem but unfortunately they did not smell anything either.
The app automatically sends pickup instructions 5 mins before every trip. Next time if you would like to pick up at an earlier time. We will gladly approve it once changed in the app.
